Ceramic filter
The ZHF INNO
The cylindro - horizontal - filter INNO does without any filter aids. The horizontal ceramic discs rotate during operation. This clears the filter surface for the passage of the filtrate. The differential pressure applied is max. 1.5 bar. The ZHF INNO tolerates high concentrations of turbid matter. The filtration temperature remains constant. The turbidity values are brilliantly clear and are not subject to fluctuations. Simple product changes and pre- and post-run-free filtrations characterise the filter. The ZHF INNO is CIP-/SIP-capable.
Structure of a ZHF INNO
Purging can be carried out with an inert gas such as CO ₂ N ₂. The product passes through the rotating horizontal filter discs. In the central hollow shaft, the filtrate is transported to the filtrate tank via a rotating connection and the product line.
